Patty Hamburger Machine Paper
The Freezer paper is your standard white wax paper. It is a double sheet glued together so they can be separated when frozen.
The Fresh paper is black or peach in color and it is like the fresh steak paper you would see in a butcher shop. These are used to keep the patty looking fresher longer but cannot be frozen.
