Specifications:

• Completely autonomous machine.
• Made of stainless steel.
• Can produces up to 1500 units per hour – 25 units per minute.
• The machine is fed by the workers, therefore the output speed depends on the speed they work at
• Can use skewers from 120-330mm long with a diameter of 3.8mm
• Standard point tip skewers are recommended for minimal friction
• Adjustable skewer length but only for straight skewers (not gun type)
• Separators are used to limit the length of product in the mold chamber, as well as pushing the product together as the skewer enters.
• The maximum dice/portion that can be used is a 30x30x30mm, but the machine will be able to adjust if it is a little bit bigger such as 2-3 millimeters more
• The average market measurements are 22- and 35-mm meat dices.

• Standard mold can fit products up to 220mm in length
